Terms and Conditions :
1. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We will however try our best to package the items for delivery. Registered mails are encouraged.
2. Prices are non-negotiable. No refunds, cancellation or exchanges are allowed. Full refund, however, will be given if the selected item is out of stock (OOS).
3. Waiting time for Pre-Order items is 2-3 weeks.
4. Please note that we will not be responsible for color variation of the products. All the clutches are handmade, hence the placement of fabric may differ from the sample pictures. Actual colours may be different due to the lighting used during photography and monitor resolution. For other items, package design may be subject to change without notice.
